Street to Street Photo Exhibition Vol:5.2

Street to Street Malaysia once again having their Street to Street Photo Exhibition Vol:5.2 last Saturday, April 11th, 2015 under the umbrella of DBKL's KL Street Jam program. Initially KL Street Jam was planned as a twice a monthly event but now it become a weekly event. But Street to Street Malaysia will have their Photo Exhibition twice a month. The photos for the Photo Exhibition will be repeated twice before the new photos being display. The previous event was held on March 21st.

Last Saturday even though the KL Street Jam event officially started at 5.00 PM, Street to Street Malaysia's members and generous helpers started to set up the photo stands to display their works as early as 2.00 PM as they worried of the seasoned rain in the late afternoon.

Street to Street Malaysia finally got an invitation from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) to hold their Street to Street Photo Exhibition (S2SPE) Vol:5 as part of of it's bi-monthly program, KL Street Jam on Saturday, March 21st, 2015 after months of hardwork by Dr. Yamin Ismail and Agoes Alwie with their supportive team members.

DBKL provides Street to Street Malaysia with space and one 10x10 feet tent for their photo exhibition purpose.

Special thanks extended to Datuk Bandar of Kuala Lumpur, DBKL Tourism and DBKL as a whole for giving Street to Street Malaysia this opportunity to be part of their program.

In their excitement and joy, Street to Street Malaysia team started setting up their Photo Exhibition as early as 3.30PM amidst the strong afternoon wind and blazing hot sun. The setup work started by three of the team namely Agoes Alwie, Yamin Ismail and John Ragai.

The excitement flowed amongst the other street shooters who came and gave their helping hands of which Street to Street Malaysia really appreciate whom included street shooter like Yeow Chin Liang, Muhammad Alwie, Aizad Fadzli, Ahmad Suffian, Adib Shash and the Man in Black.

Later that evening, the other passionate team members Safirah Rashid and Tony MDY come straight to the event upon their arrival from Bangkok. Whereas Rosli Natiman is absent this time around due to his family commitment and yet his passion is ever burning as he always in contact with the team through out the event.

The event officially started at 5.00PM as the main stage also fully setup and singers gave their numbers.

Other street shooters like Robin Wong, Mahfuz Mahfiz, Affendy Haluan Kanan, Ian Mackechnie, Ekamil Razali, Catherine Huong, Jonathan Jiunn, Nazmi Foto also come to give their support.

In the evening, a representative from DBKL paying her visit to the Street to Street Photo Exhibition.

Street to Street Malaysia's Malacca Street Photowalk

Street to Street Malaysia's members left aside their daily office work and their weekend Photo Exhibition for a two days relaxing and refreshing Photowalk on the colourful and yet historical Street of Malacca. They even brought along their family members and friends for the walk.
Beside the street shooting, this activity brings about the team spirit and brotherhood amongst the members of the group.
John Ragai brought along his wife Agnes and Dr. Yamin Ismail brought along his son. Agoes Alwie had Rosli, Safirah and Tony for his company. All of the participants were street shooters except for Agnes Ngieng whose a bit shy to shoot stranger.

Street to Street Photo Exhibition Vol:4

Street to Street Malaysia started the year 2015 with their Street to Street Photo Exhibition Vol:4 which was held on Sunday, January 11th, 2015 at Laman Medan Pasar, Kuala Lumpur. This time around only coloured photos were on display due to technical issue with the photos' stand thus the black and white photos were not display.
The morning sky seemed to be bright and shining in the early morning but as the sun arises dark clouds cover the city skyline and after mid-day mild rain started which led to the early closing of the exhibition. Three of the team members namely Mambo Jambo, Syed Omar Al-Ghamidy and Wan Zuharuddin could not made it for the event due to personal reasons.
